iDesign Ltd. prides itself on collaborating closely with your architect from the earliest planning stages of the project. Using the architectural floor plans, we will create a scaled 3D model of the project. This model enables us to accurately interpret and validate your objectives, spatial requirements, furniture layouts, storage solutions, lighting plans, and overall aesthetic vision.
In close collaboration with you, iDesign Ltd. will refine and adjust the space planning and design as needed to ensure full alignment with your goals. We will also liaise with your architect and all project consultants to ensure your design intent is consistently realized across both the interior and exterior of the project.
For existing spaces, we will measure all elevations and use this information to create a precise 3D model. In both new and existing projects, the 3D model will serve as the primary reference for all design decisions

Using the scaled 3D model as a guide, we will develop the decorative design criteria for all spaces, including furniture, joinery, lighting, architectural wall, ceiling, and floor details, finishes, and accessories. These will all be presented to you in a walkthrough video animation.

In this phase, iDesign Ltd. will prepare all necessary construction drawings to enable accurate project costing and ensure the design intent is fully executed. We will also prepare specification documents for all finishes, furniture, and fittings approved by you. These drawings and specifications will support competitive bidding and requests for pricing. Additionally, we will review all relevant engineering, architectural, and specialist consultant drawings to ensure full compatibility with the approved interior design intent

iDesign Ltd. will assist in the delivery of all construction and specification documents to approved contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. We will respond to any questions or queries that arise and facilitate site visits if necessary. Additionally, we will review all quotes and prepare a summary of the bids received to ensure that vendors have accurately included all materials and specifications.

In coordination with you and the General Contractor, iDesign Ltd. will carry out site visits during construction, the installation of joinery and FF&E items within our scope to ensure full compliance with the approved plans and specifications
